I think I might be able to catch up today... again this is a big maybe. You saw how those claims went at the beginning of my other blog entries.

Well this was a Friday and another long day. We had our videography class from Wednesday rescheduled for this afternoon. It was alright though because we were able to get some things done that made our life easier for next week. First, Jenz started the day with passing out the cameras to the groups then we were sent out on the town to find what we could find and see if we could figure out how the camera works. This was our first day of actually getting to use a camera. It wasn't too bad for our first time. Colton, my partner, and I started with heading over to the castle gate area where there are lots of pigeons and places to eat that attracts the pigeons. We recorded the birds for a while to see if it could actually be done. It worked out fairly well. Next we went up to the upper part of this area where the actual food places were and we decided to record a few minutes of the walking street right below these restaurants. It was just a little higher than the street so it wasn't exactly the best place but there was a lot of movement so it worked for a time laps. We did a time laps setting so that we could make it look like time was moving very fast. We messed with different settings there. After that we headed to a different location. We didn't really have one in mind so we just decided to walk around and see what was available. We walked all over the place looking for something that would work. We looked up and down different streets then we found a place that seemed to be the perfect spot. There wasn't a lot of street traffic and there was some interesting visuals that we could include in the film. One thing that we did was film this location while using a cup, that Colton pulled out of a trash can. We did different things with it. Over and over again to get just the right timing. We tried several different situations for this. Then after that it was about lunch time. We headed over to Markt Platz so we could take another time laps and eat lunch. I had to borrow money from Colton to get some food. Then we ate and watched the time laps till we felt we had enough and headed back to the AIB. We got there and reviewed what we had recorded to make sure that we had the zoom numbers written down correctly. Although, I don't think that we got them right even there at the end. We finished that and we had a review in class over what was on the tapes and what we could improve and what we did right. The class ended right after that and we all made our way home. It was yet again the usual routine then I went to bed.
